Pimp My Sleigh

For the challenge Pimp My Traîneau (“Pimp My Sleigh”) organized by BrickPirate, particpants had to build something to replace the traditional sleigh of Santa. My entry, titled On évite les airs (“Avoid the sky”), is a reference to my entry from last Christmas where Santa had some landing issues. See this thread for rules (in French) and participating entries.

I was not satisfied with the vehicle I made: once finished I found it too much looking like a firetruck 😅. Having a red vehicle with a ladder on the roof does not help with that. One could say that Santa bought an old firetruck 😁.

The engine power stays the same as with the sleigh: 4 reindeers.

It was the opportunity to use 40-year-old parts to attach the ladder: the red hinge + turntable.
