Coucher de soleil (“Sunset”) is my entry for the challenge Couleurs d'Afrique (“Colors of Africa”) organized by BrickPirate, where particpants had to build something on the theme of sub-Saharan Africa. See this thread for rules (in French) and participating entries.

The subject of this contest made me think to this tile .

So I had the idea of a minifig taking the photo of the sunset from his patio, printing it and hanging it to the wall.

Behind the scene:

On the final photo only a small part of the orange sky is visible, for which I used most of my inventory of Bright Light Orange bricks.
